A pure Pinot Noir, structured and powerful, with a strong character. These unique grapes come from the characteristic “Roccolo” terraced vineyard; they are vinified separately, thanks to a short maceration on the skins, they give the wine an enchanting rosy color, full and bright, which naturally varies according to the vintage. With a fine and persistent perlage, even the nose shows a unique persistence, where red fruit, raspberry, cherry emerge, as well as light smoky and herbaceous tones. The taste reveals light tannic accents, an elegant acidity and a discreet savory tone.
