The softness of a Brut Satèn comes from careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco-based wines and from its lower bottle pressure, which stays below 5 times atmospheric pressure. Produced exclusively as a Brut, it is known for its fine and persistent effervescence, almost creamy. Pleasant sapidity and freshness harmonize with its innate softness, recalling the delicate sensations of silk. Second fermentation in the bottle and 24 months on its fine lees at a controlled temperature. Suggested pairing: paccheri pasta with mussels and pecorino cheese.
