When we visit our vines on the high slopes in St. Georgen, we enjoy the wide view as far as Lake Neusiedl. The cool wind from the adjacent forest and the barren slate soil bring the highest quality with a low yield. You can also taste the terroir of St. Georgens - in our Grüner Veltliner

After 24 hours of maceration in 300 L wooden barrels, spontaneously fermented and expanded

Matures on the full yeast for 12 months with subtle batonage

Production: 700 bottles, 30 magnums
