It is the classic of the estate, fruity, elegant, mineral and precise, potential 8 to 15 years.

Vinified in stainless steel vats (65%), sandstone amphorae (20%) and oak barrels (15%), manual harvest with sorting of the grapes, fermentation with native yeasts on fine lees for 15 to 18 months.
